In 2021, the central exhibition of the renowned 48 hours Neukölln festival goes phygital for the first time. Living between its physical venue, the KINDL – Centre for Contemporary Art, and its digital extension in gather.town, the exhibition titled “O” reveals different aspects of the selected artworks.
Online, “O” creates a space where audiences can meet the artists, experience new facets of the artworks, join tours guided by avatars and allow for serendipity to happen - all 100% Covid-19 proof. This format aims to facilitate the sense of community and the wonderful encounters that the festival is known for.
In collaboration with Rebekka Liebmann (physical exhibition) and Christopher Schneider (digital exhibition).
